In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.7% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Intercept Pharmaceuticals (ICPT), up about 16.1% and shares of Geron (GERN), up about 13.1% on the day.
